What if the solutions to build a better future already exist? Ready for a reality check and some more inspiration at the end of the Dutch Climate Week 2026? Come see the English documentary ‘How to live on Earth,’ – presented on the big screen by Benedict Cumberbatch. A hopeful, urgent feature documentary exploring how humanity can build a safe and thriving future by working with nature, not against it. This screening is followed by a conversation with the audience and Marcel Beukeboom, Director of Naturalis Biodiversity Centre in Leiden and former Climate Ambassador of the Netherlands. Depending on the audience, the discussion will be held in Dutch or English. Please reserve your free tickets for this early Sunday morning. It will be very helpful if you bring somebody from outside of the green bubble- your child, husband, cousin.. The cinema is open at 9h, the documentary starts at exactly 9h30- no advertisements..

This screening is made possible by the Groen Idee Cafe ( Cafe of Green Ideas) – every third Monday evening of the month a green (Dutch) discussion in Scheltema.
